As you may be aware, notice of 2019 assessment increases have been mailed. Towards the end of each year expenses are compared against the Associations income. It is during this review that it is determined whether or not an assessment increase is required. After careful review of the Association’s financials and 2019 expenses, an increase in the 2019 assessments was deemed necessary in order to sustain a healthy operating account. Announcing your new community manager, Tameka Jackson
Tameka joined Essex in 2018 as a Senior Community Association Manager. Tameka has been serving in the community and association management industry for more than four years now including communities consisting of single family, townhome, condominiums, and mixed use. This experience gives Tameka a well-rounded knowledge of all facets of property management including financial as well as state and local regulation issues.
Tameka has a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and is a veteran of the United States Army. She is actively involved in her community as well as a member of the DFW Community Association Institute. We are excited to have Tameka as part of Essex Association Management and are confident she will be an asset to your community putting her experience and skills to work for your community.

During a recent inspection of the Community we have witnessed that after the community garage sale, unsold items, including furniture and other refuse have been left on the curb for pickup. These items have been left past trash day and need to be discarded immediately by any Homeowner/Tenant that has not already removed these items from their property. Noncompliance will result in lettering and fines if not resolved in a timely fashion.

After you have registered, it will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to receive your email authorization to access the Pool Request Form.
