Amenity Center, Sport & Volleyball, Playground Closed
At the Recommendation of State and Local Authorities in Conjunction with Shelter in Place Orders Issued by the Texas State Governor and adhering to Social Distancing Guidelines, until further notice all Playgrounds, Sports Courts and any other like Facility will be Closed.
Local Authorities are taking this matter seriously and failure to comply with any executive order issued during the COVD-19 disaster is an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000, confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 180 days, or both fine and confinement.
In an effort to contain this Pandemic we are asking you to do your part and not congregate in the Common Areas. Access to these areas will be permitted as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may pose in the meantime, but the only intent is to ensure the Health and Safety of our Homeowners.

The board, in consultation with the association manager, attorney, insurance provider, and other business partners, has been planning for contingencies that may arise in the community as a result of the spread of COVID-19.
Based on advice that has been circulated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the State Department of Health, we made the decision to cancel all community events at this time.
The CDC has recommended against any gatherings of 50 or more people through the middle of May. That’s why we are canceling the community garage sale, all community events and nonessential meetings. Please remove all listing and signage for this event immediately. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
